Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

As a Senior HR Business Partner you will work closely with senior leaders and management teams to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that support business objectives. You will bring strong commercial acumen, a pragmatic approach, and extensive HR business‑partnering experience to help drive performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance and constructive challenge.
• Develop and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities and organisational objectives.
• Partner with specialist HR teams to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience.
• Lead and support organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Use people data and insights to inform decision‑making, identify trends and measure impact.
• Support key annual people processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and remuneration.
• Build strong relationships across the business to understand challenges and proactively identify solutions.
• Contribute to HR strategy development through insights gained from business partnering.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR professionals.
• Work closely with Employee Relations specialists on complex, high‑risk matters.
• Promote organisational values and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience.
