Senior HR Generalist

About the role

Wise May Ltd is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support a fast‑growing global digital transformation leader. You will ensure consistent HR practices across multiple European countries while partnering with People Services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional People Services Manager and other HR functions to implement processes that drive business outcomes.
• Manage employee relations cases, provide advice to managers and employees, and escalate high‑risk matters.
• Support talent and performance management initiatives and administer HR processes for several European jurisdictions.
• Maintain employee handbooks, templates and local benefits programmes.
• Drive continuous improvement of Workday configuration and utilisation.
• Identify and implement process simplifications to enhance employee experience.
• Provide data for reporting, dashboards and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in the UK and Europe.
• Background in a global organisation undergoing rapid scaling.
• Regional HR experience within Europe with strong knowledge of local employment law.
• Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.

Required skills

• Workday HRIS proficiency.

• Full‑time permanent contract with hybrid working (9 am‑5:30 pm).
