Senior Lettings Administrator – Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lettings Administrator to join an award‑winning independent estate agency in Ruislip. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the lettings and property management teams, ensuring smooth administration of lettings transactions. You will act as the primary point of contact for administrative queries and help maintain high standards of service across the lettings portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the property management team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Oversee and process paperwork for Lettings Negotiators.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Provide general administrative support to the lettings department.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a Lettings department of an estate agency.
• UK resident, ideally within a 30‑minute commute to Ruislip.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, telephone etiquette and team‑working skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and well‑presented, with a professional telephone manner.
