Senior Lettings Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead and grow a successful lettings operation for a well‑established property business in Crawley. You will have autonomy to develop the business, increase market share and mentor a high‑performing team in a target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a lettings team through regular coaching and performance management.
• Generate new business, identify growth opportunities and increase market share.
• Conduct property valuations and convert instructions into successful lets.
• Advise landlords on rental values and current market conditions.
• Manage profitability and commercial performance of the lettings portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local contacts.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the lettings process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a lettings management or senior lettings position.
• Proven track record of generating and converting new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial, results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
• Positive, energetic and self‑motivated attitude.
• Passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary of £30,000 plus realistic OTE of £55,000‑£60,000.
