Senior Lettings Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Lettings Manager to drive growth by acquiring new managed properties and strengthening relationships with landlords. The role is ideal for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager ready to take the next step in a fast‑paced environment where pressure and results are valued.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business growth through acquisition of new lettings and managed properties.
• Identify and evaluate potential properties, conduct market analysis and negotiate terms.
• Re‑ignite and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective landlords.
• Work quickly and efficiently in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced office.
• Utilise strong selling and closing abilities to secure new contracts and meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Assistant Lettings Manager or Lettings Manager.
• Highly motivated, driven and comfortable working under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a team‑player attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple portfolios and a desire to develop skills and increase earning potential.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £29,750 plus a £4,000 car allowance or company car.
• On‑target earnings ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 per year.
