Senior Lettings Negotiator – High Earnings & Benefits

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Holloway office. You will work with a strong portfolio of properties, build relationships with landlords and tenants, and drive the growth of our lettings business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Generate new landlord instructions and expand the property portfolio.
• Identify business development opportunities and match applicants to suitable properties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve monthly targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ residential lettings experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to win new business and generate instructions.
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience with the Reapit property management system.
