Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Lister

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Lister to join a busy residential lettings team in Gillingham. The role combines business development, property valuation and tenancy negotiation, offering a clear path to senior responsibility within a supportive agency.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new landlord instructions and generate fresh business opportunities.
• Carry out rental valuations and secure new lettings listings.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements to completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Progress agreed lettings through to hand‑over while coordinating with all parties.
• Contribute to branch performance by meeting personal and team targets.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in residential lettings.
• Proven track record of conducting lettings valuations and winning new instructions.
• Strong sales, negotiation and business development abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, ambitious, self‑motivated and well‑organised.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
