Senior Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings

About the role

This permanent position is with a respected independent estate agency in Woking. The Senior Lettings Negotiator will drive the residential lettings portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rental enquiries, conduct property viewings and secure tenancies.
• Negotiate and finalise rental agreements in line with agency standards.
• Maintain and grow relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients.
• Ensure properties are let efficiently, compliantly and within agreed timeframes.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual lettings targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Professional appearance, confidence and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
