About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our residential lettings team in Romford. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £28,000 plus a £1,800 car allowance, with on‑target earnings of up to £45,000. Key responsibilities

• Conduct lettings valuations and prepare property listings.

• Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator.
