Senior M365 Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior M365 Consultant to design and deliver modern workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint and Power Platform. The role is client‑facing, combining solution architecture, hands‑on delivery and pre‑sales activities, while working remotely with a monthly on‑site visit to London or Manchester.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for M365 projects.
• Deliver end‑to‑end Copilot, SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Run client workshops, capture requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Support pre‑sales activities, prepare proposals and engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven consultancy or client‑facing experience in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, security and compliance within M365.
• Experience delivering solutions with SharePoint, Power Platform and Copilot technologies.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills for workshops and stakeholder management.
