Senior M365 Consultant – SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot

About the role

We are looking for a Senior M365 Consultant to join a forward‑thinking Microsoft Partner. The role is fully remote within the UK and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solutions across Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview and Copilot.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design and implementation of M365 solutions for a varied client base.
• Deliver engaging customer workshops and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Prepare Statements of Work and manage the technical delivery of projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Microsoft technologies and advise clients on their adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering full‑cycle M365 engagements, with a strong focus on SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Ability to wow customers through clear communication and compelling workshops.
• Background working for Microsoft Partners or IT consultancies.
• Growth mindset and willingness to collaborate and continuously learn.
