Senior Manager, Courier & Logistics – EU P&P Rider Supply (10-month FTC)

About the role

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Manager, Courier & Logistics for its EU P&P Rider Supply function on a 10‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will join the Strategy & Operations team to shape the performance and stability of the courier network across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for courier network stability and translate high‑level business goals into clear, actionable workstreams.
• Coach, develop and manage a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Maintain a deep pulse on network dynamics beyond onboarding, identifying emerging risks or opportunities and implementing effective operational responses.
• Balance team capacity against fast‑moving operational demands, bridging data‑driven insights with cross‑market execution.
• Build strong relationships with Product, Data and broader Operations functions, securing cross‑functional buy‑in and communicating strategic trade‑offs to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading logistics or courier operations at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced commercial environments.
