We’re searching for an accomplished Loss Adjuster ready to lead on some of the most complex, high‑value, and technically challenging claims in the industry. From high net worth portfolios to major losses and specialist cases such as subsidence and escape of oil, you’ll be the steady hand guiding clients through moments that really count.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of high net worth and major loss claims, often involving intricate technical detail.
• Lead investigations, assess damage, and coordinate with experts to deliver fair, timely outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, and insurers, providing clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
• Navigate specialist claims such as subsidence, escape of oil, and other complex property issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the team by sharing knowledge and elevating best practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster handling high‑value and complex claims.
• Strong technical capability and confidence to manage challenging scenarios.
• Calm, adaptable approach with the ability to balance empathy and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to commute into London within two hours when required.
