Senior Manager, Partner Field Operations

About the role

Snowflake is looking for a Senior Manager to shape strategy, insights and priorities that drive growth across its global partner ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of Partner, Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations and Data & AI, turning complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations to accelerate partner‑led growth and improve ecosystem performance.
• Support long‑range and annual planning, as well as investment prioritisation across the Partner organisation.
• Generate actionable insights through ecosystem health scoring, predictive analytics and market intelligence.
• Build business cases, financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, RevOps, Product and Data teams to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives.
• Create executive‑ready narratives, recommendations and presentations that influence decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, partner strategy or consulting within high‑growth technology companies.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, GTM strategies and B2B acquisition, expansion and retention motions.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, financial models and executive‑level presentations.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging data, forecasting and AI‑driven insights.
• Demonstrated capability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel and analytics tools.
• Experience with Snowflake platform is a plus.
