Senior Merchandiser – Guildford

About the role

Senior Merchandiser based in Guildford will support Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers to deliver audits and meet KPIs across a geographic territory. The role also involves recruiting, developing and retaining a team of Merchandisers and providing refresher training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers with routine audit execution.
• Help achieve targets and KPIs for the assigned region.
• Recruit, train, and retain a dedicated Merchandiser team.
• Deliver annual refresher training as required.

Required profile

• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
• Experience in retail or field marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service.
