Senior Move Manager – Shared Ownership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Move Manager to join our Shared Ownership team. You will manage a high‑volume caseload, overseeing sales and purchases through to completion while delivering exceptional client support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume caseload, overseeing sales and purchases through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Work closely with Shared Ownership hubs and LRG offices across the UK.
• Proactively resolve issues and drive transactions forward.
• Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the buying or selling journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing high‑volume property or transaction caseloads.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with solicitors, hubs and clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations.
