Senior National Account Manager – Top 4 Grocery (Hybrid)

About the role

This senior position leads one of the biggest UK grocery accounts for a global FMCG powerhouse. You will own the commercial agenda, work cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain and global teams, and drive strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead a major Top 4 UK grocery retail account (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons).
• Deliver growth across revenue, margin and market share.
• Manage the full P&L and develop compelling customer strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Present to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions at UK and global level.
• Act as a visible leader and role model within the commercial team.

Required profile

• Solid FMCG commercial background, ideally in NAM/SNAM roles.
• Experience managing Top 4 grocery retailers.
• Confident P&L owner with strong commercial acumen.
• Strategic thinker able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Gravitas, ambition and a collaborative style.
• Retail buying experience is a plus.
