About the role

Education Cubed is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Executive to lead and optimise high‑performing paid campaigns for higher‑education clients. You will work independently and collaboratively to drive results across multiple platforms while supporting the growth of the paid media team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Paid Media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
  • Own day‑to‑day performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
  • Produce clear performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in client calls, providing paid‑media expertise and insights.
  • Support the Paid Media Manager with analysis, recommendations and strategic input.
  • Mentor and guide junior Paid Media Executives.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders on overall account strategy.
  • Contribute ideas during campaign planning and innovation sessions.
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking and analytics setups following best practices.
  • Share learnings and insights in internal team and company‑wide meetings.

Required profile

  • Strong hands‑on experience managing paid‑search and paid‑social campaigns.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse trends and act on insights.
  • Self‑starter who takes ownership of campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting performance and recommendations.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple accounts.
  • Growth‑oriented, eager to develop towards a Paid Media Manager role.
  • Bonus: platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) or experience with GA4/GTM.
