Senior Paid Social Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Executive to join our fast‑growing media team in London. The role involves owning end‑to‑end paid social campaigns for global B2B clients, shaping strategy, testing new approaches and delivering measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and emerging platforms.
• Translate client briefs into insight‑led media plans aligned to funnel objectives.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns daily (targeting, bidding, creative) to drive performance.
• Produce clear reporting and actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budget pacing, campaign QA and act as primary contact for clients.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, content and analytics teams.
• Identify testing opportunities and new platform features.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years’ experience in paid social campaign management, preferably agency‑based.
• Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn and Meta advertising platforms.
• Proven ability to run campaigns end‑to‑end and optimise performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with strong organisational detail‑orientation.
• Collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused attitude.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and reporting dashboards.
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot is a plus.
