Senior Paid Social Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive to lead paid social campaigns for globally recognised B2B brands. This hybrid role combines data‑driven strategy, creative thinking and emerging AI tools to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and optimise paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit.
• Develop audience strategies using behavioural, intent and ABM targeting.
• Analyse performance data, identify optimisation opportunities and deliver testing strategies.
• Translate campaign results into actionable insights and present recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with media, analytics and strategy teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
• Support budget management, pacing and financial reconciliation.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and innovative approaches across the media function.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of paid social experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven track record managing lead‑generation or demand‑generation B2B campaigns.
• Comfortable analysing data and making data‑led decisions.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Curious about AI and emerging media technology.
• Proactive, commercially minded and eager to challenge the status quo.
