About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑driven Senior Partner to lead and grow a local hub for a premium independent estate agency covering Rickmansworth and surrounding Hertfordshire postcodes. This self‑employed, commission‑only position offers full autonomy to build and manage your own pipeline while mentoring a team of self‑employed agents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly in‑person hub sessions focused on training, deal progression and performance.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a team of self‑employed property professionals.
• Maintain and grow your personal sales pipeline and secure new instructions.
• Set standards, culture and output for the hub while contributing to wider business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential estate agency.
• Strong network and reputation across Hertfordshire or surrounding areas.
• Consistent track record of high‑value transactions.
• Natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency.
