Senior Product Manager - Credit Cards (Engagement & Retention)

About the role

As Senior Product Manager for Credit Card Engagement & Retention, you will lead a team that shapes the experience of millions of cardholders. You will use insight, analytics and market trends to create propositions and journeys that drive usage, reduce attrition and deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Product Managers and Product Strategy Analysts in developing engagement and retention strategies for the credit‑card portfolio.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market data and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and launch multi‑channel engagement programmes and targeted propositions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Data, Technology, Operations and Risk to bring new ideas to life.
• Influence senior stakeholders, shape strategic priorities and monitor commercial performance.
• Coach and develop the team to foster a high‑performing, innovative environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in cards, payments, lending or banking.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on customer outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
