Senior Production Manager - Chilled (4 on 4 off)

About the role

Albert Bartlett, a family-owned UK food producer and leading potato supplier, is looking for a Senior Production Manager for its chilled production line. You will help maintain standards across output, quality and food safety in a fast-paced production environment, working on a 4 on 4 off schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead chilled production operations to meet output, quality and safety targets.
• Support retailer audits within a food production environment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in food production, including a similar production management role and managerial experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Educated to a high level; a degree or HND/HNC/SVQ is a plus.
• Able to spend long periods on your feet, walk the production floor regularly and work in chilled environments.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Completed IOSH Managing Safely training is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using manufacturing systems, including M3 Info MRP.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, chilled-food compliance and retailer audits in food production.
