Senior Professional Services Consultant – TradingHub

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join TradingHub’s Professional Services division. You will work closely with ex‑traders and structurers to design, build and validate custom market‑abuse metrics and analytics for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs through direct contact and trade‑data analysis.
• Design and implement custom metrics and models using our CaaS product.
• Contribute to proofs‑of‑concept and technical onboarding of new customers.
• Perform system configuration, run data batches and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Use our proprietary big‑data language for large‑scale pricing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with C#, C++ or Python.
• Proven background in financial markets from a trading, risk or quantitative role.
• Strong knowledge of fixed‑income products and derivatives.
• Deep understanding of risk sensitivities (Greeks such as Delta, Gamma, DV01).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing customer demands in a fast‑paced environment.
