Senior Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

About the role

We are supporting a growing, forward‑thinking construction consultancy in London that delivers high‑quality, sustainable projects across sectors such as leisure, residential, hotels, heritage and arts & culture. The Senior Project Manager will join a collaborative team and take responsibility for the full project lifecycle, from early‑stage planning through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑ and post‑contract project management activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders and design teams across diverse projects.
• Manage programme schedules, risk registers and contract administration (JCT/NEC).
• Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with JCT/NEC terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of project delivery and construction processes.
• Experience working with JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Confident communicator with client‑facing experience.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Working towards a professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB or APM) – support provided.
