Senior Project Manager – Construction Technology Account Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a fast‑growing construction technology (ConTech) scale‑up. The role will bridge Tier 1 construction contractors and our client’s innovative digital platform, driving account growth, product adoption and long‑term strategic value across major UK projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop senior stakeholder relationships with contractors and asset owners.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities together with Account Executives.
• Monitor account health, value realisation and revenue forecasts.
• Secure executive sponsorship and increase product adoption on construction sites.
• Lead change‑management conversations within complex construction environments.
• Translate customer insights into product and commercial feedback.
• Support advocacy initiatives such as case studies and market visibility.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in construction project management.
• Deep understanding of commercial and operational construction processes.
• Proven ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable on‑site and in boardrooms.
• Proactive, high ownership mindset and comfortable in a scaling environment.
