Senior Project Manager – Development & Project Management

About the role

This senior project manager role sits within a fast‑moving, developer‑led consultancy that delivers complex regeneration and development schemes across the UK. You will work on a diverse portfolio of high‑profile projects, from hospitality and mixed‑use schemes to education and large‑scale logistics developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of major development and regeneration projects from inception to completion.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate consultant teams across multiple sectors.
• Oversee contract administration and design‑and‑build processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide commercial insight and strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years’ experience in project management consultancy, development management or client‑side consultancy environments.
• Strong track record delivering projects through multiple stages.
• Professional qualification MRICS (or MCIOB) is essential.
• Experience across sectors such as hospitality, commercial, residential/accommodation, education or mixed‑use is highly advantageous.
