Senior Project Manager – Flagship Mixed‑Use Residential Development in London

About the role

We are partnering with a leading developer to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a high‑profile, mixed‑use residential scheme in London. The project is at an early construction stage, offering ownership from groundworks through to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a complex, multi‑phase residential development.
• Oversee programme, budget and quality from sub‑structure to fit‑out.
• Manage the principal contractor, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Drive health & safety, logistics and operational strategy on site.
• Ensure successful handover of units to a high specification.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong understanding of reinforced‑concrete frame construction from start to finish.
• Track record at Senior Project Manager level for a developer or main contractor.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

• Basic salary up to £120,000 per year.
