Senior Project Manager – Insurance Brokerage Transformation

About the role

Our market‑leading insurance brokerage client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead two high‑impact change programmes focused on operational improvement and organisational simplification. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of these initiatives across a 52‑branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse branch performance data to identify productivity, profitability and efficiency gaps.
• Develop a standardised operating model and drive process standardisation, centralisation, automation and AI opportunities.
• Lead implementation of offshoring strategies where appropriate.
• Produce and own detailed delivery plans, monitor progress and ensure benefits realisation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at C‑suite, senior leadership and operational levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end business change programmes from initiation to benefits realisation.
• Strong background in the insurance sector, preferably within commercial or broking environments.
• Deep understanding of the full insurance lifecycle (policy, renewals, claims).
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, automate renewals, and enhance claims handling.
• Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
