Senior Project Manager – LED Energy Efficiency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our LED and energy‑efficiency project delivery function. The role will oversee multiple large‑scale projects across local authority, healthcare and commercial sectors, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the LED project delivery function across multiple concurrent projects
• Oversee and support Project Managers to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
• Drive consistency in project governance, reporting, planning, and commercial management
• Embed and enforce project management processes, procedures, and delivery standards
• Improve operational efficiency, programme control, risk management, and reporting accuracy
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Provide leadership and mentoring to delivery teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, CDM regulations, and relevant industry standards
• Support strategic growth and scalability within the delivery operation

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior project management or delivery leadership role
• Strong background delivering complex construction, M&E, building services, HVAC, lighting or energy projects
• Experience managing multiple projects and overseeing Project Managers in a structured environment
• Excellent commercial awareness, reporting, governance and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of project controls, risk management, planning and operational processes
• Experience within local authority, healthcare or commercial sectors is advantageous
• Confident leader capable of driving standards in a growing business
