Senior Project Manager – Minor Works

About the role

The client, a leading national asset owner, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its London refurbishment portfolio of minor works. You will be responsible for delivering multiple low‑value projects across the M25 area, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, budgets, schedules and resource plans for minor works such as kitchen fit‑outs, toilet refurbishments, lighting upgrades and other fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate on‑site contractors, track milestones and proactively resolve potential delays.
• Identify, assess and mitigate programme‑level risks, reporting them to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and the wider supply chain to foster collaboration.
• Prepare and present comprehensive progress, RAMS and risk documentation to executive boards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction or fit‑out projects as the client in a live delivery environment.
• Degree‑qualified with a solid understanding of building and refurbishment processes.
• Full UK driving licence and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
