Senior Property Investment Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level consultant to join a fast‑moving UK property investment business on a self‑employed basis. You will work fully remotely, leveraging a steady flow of qualified inbound leads to advise investors on residential off‑plan and specialist supported‑housing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective investors, understand their financial goals and long‑term strategy.
• Handle inbound enquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, nurturing long‑term relationships based on trust.
• Guide clients through decision‑making, negotiation and completion of deals.
• Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment options.
• Communicate clear rationale and analysis behind each recommendation.
• Follow a structured qualification and advisory process to ensure evidence‑based guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years proven performance in UK property investment sales.
• Direct experience selling residential off‑plan and specialist supported‑housing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, identify buying signals and close consistently.
• Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare.
• Ambition to progress into a future sales‑manager role.
