Senior Property Manager

About the role

LRG is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a property management team in Fareham. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring high‑quality service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of properties from tenancy start to end, including inspections, safety checks and remedial works.
• Manage landlord and tenant communications, handle complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Lead and develop the local team: conduct interviews, inductions, training, appraisals and coaching.
• Prepare and issue notices, manage end‑of‑tenancy reports, and process security deposit releases.
• Liaise with letting offices, client accounts and external agencies to coordinate services.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of landlord management instructions, safety inspections and tenancy legislation.
• Ability to obtain estimates, issue work orders and process invoices.
