Senior Quantity Surveyor or Graduate – Romford

About the role

Our client in Romford is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Graduate to lead fast‑track fit‑out projects across the UK. You will own the full cost‑management lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful handover, while acting as a trusted client‑facing representative.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end cost management services for multiple fit‑out projects (£100K‑£5M).
• Administer JCT construction contracts and ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and design teams.
• Travel to project sites across the UK as required.
• Contribute to business growth through high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably on high‑volume fit‑out programmes.
• Track record of managing projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work from the Romford office and travel nationwide.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
