Senior Recruitment Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Account Manager to join our fast‑growing consultancy in central London. You will work with an extensive client and candidate database from day one, helping to drive new business and expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs.
• Source, screen and present high‑quality candidates for a range of specialist roles.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through new client acquisition and account growth.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless candidate placement.
• Represent the brand at networking events and industry meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or a related sales/business‑development role.
• Strong track record of winning new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Extroverted, confident communicator who enjoys networking.
• Passionate about building long‑lasting professional relationships.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a competitive environment.
