Senior Resales Consultant – Shared Ownership

About the role

Join SOWN, the shared‑ownership specialist of LRG, as a Senior Resales Consultant. Working remotely with occasional visits to the Woodley office, you will drive new sales, support sellers, and help grow the re‑sales business across England.

Key responsibilities

• Answer new enquiries, list properties for sale and complete all required documentation.
• Conduct affordability assessments, arrange and carry out property viewings, and provide feedback to clients.
• Generate solicitor referrals, handle offers and price reductions, and meet personal and department sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with buyers, sellers, housing associations and registered providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency or sales with a strong track record.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to the Woodley branch twice a month.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
• Experience using CRM or sales management tools.
