Senior Sales Consultant – Shared Ownership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our Shared Ownership team in Woodley. You will guide customers through the entire Shared Ownership journey, from initial enquiry to reservation and completion, helping them secure new‑build or resale shared ownership homes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise sales opportunities across live shared ownership developments.
• Manage the sales process from first contact through to reservation, financing and handover.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, estate agents and partner organisations.
• Provide accurate information on shared ownership schemes, eligibility and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property sales or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of shared ownership or affordable housing schemes.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of shared ownership market processes.
