Senior Sales Consultant / Valuer (Property)

About the role

Scott Fraser, part of the LRG group, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant/Valuer to join its Headington branch. You will play a key part in expanding the property register, securing new instructions and supporting the Branch Manager to maximise profitability while delivering a first‑class client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the property register by winning new sales instructions.
• Assist the Branch Manager in driving branch profit and meeting targets.
• Conduct property valuations and manage the sales process from listing to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a professional and responsive service.
• Work Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5:30 pm and every third Saturday 9 am‑1 pm.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property sales and valuations.
• In‑depth knowledge of the local Oxford property market.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Motivated, self‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
