Senior Sales Development Representative – Remote (Legal SaaS)

About the role

As a Senior Sales Development Representative you will own the outbound engine that fuels Actionstep UK's growth. This newly created, high‑autonomy position lets you build both the pipeline and the playbook from scratch, working closely with Account Executives and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify outbound pipeline for the UK market.
• Develop and continuously refine outbound sales strategies and playbooks.
• Identify high‑quality opportunities through prospecting and account‑based marketing.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over qualified leads.
• Track performance metrics and optimise processes using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS sales or business development, preferably within legal technology.
• Strong track record of outbound pipeline generation and prospecting.
• Comfortable working in a remote‑first, high‑performance, entrepreneurial environment.

What we offer

• Base salary £60,000‑£70,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings £110,000‑£120,000 per year with uncapped commission.
