Join an independent estate agency nestled in the South Oxford countryside as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer. You will work with a portfolio of unique properties ranging from thatch cottages to modern homes, helping clients buy and sell their dream homes.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales and manage the end‑to‑end transaction process.
• Conduct accurate property valuations for sales and lettings.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication.
• Prepare marketing materials and listings for diverse property types.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior sales negotiator role.
• Proven experience in property valuations.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
• Self‑motivated, able to take initiative and work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
