Senior Sales Negotiator – Property Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a high‑performing estate agency in Holloway, North London. You will play a key role in driving property sales, building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage applicant registrations and maintain an active database.
• Conduct property viewings and provide outstanding customer service.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Generate new business opportunities and win instructions.
• Support and mentor junior team members as required.
• Work towards and exceed personal and branch targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Highly motivated, commercially aware and professional.
• Well‑presented, confident communicator.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £28,000 – £30,000 per year.
• 10% individual commission plus additional generation commission.
