Senior SEO Manager

About the role

Koinly, a fast‑growing crypto tax platform, is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to own its organic search performance across Europe. You will drive keyword strategy, create and optimise content, and deliver measurable ranking results in a fully remote, async‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SEO strategy: keyword research, site architecture, content clusters, and schema markup.
• Write, optimise, publish, refresh, and retire content while managing the full lifecycle.
• Own on‑page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and structured data.
• Monitor competitors, track traffic share, and identify emerging SERP opportunities.
• Use Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console and GA4 to extract insights and build performance dashboards.
• Report on organic traffic, rankings, CTR and action plans for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in a content‑heavy SaaS or fintech environment.
• Proven track record of ranking competitive keywords and can explain the exact tactics used.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a remote, asynchronous setting and values clear communication.
