Senior SEO Strategist & Organic Growth Lead (Part‑Time)

About the role

WEBPRO is seeking a Senior SEO Strategist & Organic Growth Lead to work part‑time (2‑3 days a week) on a flexible schedule. You will shape the strategic direction of both client SEO programmes and WEBPRO’s own organic growth, ensuring every initiative is technically robust and commercially focused.

Key responsibilities

• Review, refine and approve SEO strategies before implementation.
• Align SEO recommendations with clients’ commercial objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Analyse campaign performance and propose strategic improvements.
• Identify acceleration or refinement opportunities across campaigns.
• Challenge assumptions and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
• Mentor and develop the wider team’s SEO knowledge.
• Support senior client meetings with expert SEO insight.
• Contribute technical expertise to proposals and new business pitches.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior SEO strategy roles with a proven record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Excellent communication skills for mentoring and client interaction.
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
