Senior Site Manager

About the role

Forum Contracts is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Senior Site Manager for its London‑area projects. You will lead day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring that construction works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site teams and subcontractors across fit‑out, refurbishment and new‑build projects.
• Coordinate trades, deliveries and logistics to maintain an organised, compliant site.
• Monitor health and safety performance, enforce site rules and conduct regular inspections.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation and cost control to meet client expectations.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed and resolve any on‑site issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering fit‑out, refurbishment and/or new‑build projects.
• Experience across multiple sectors such as commercial, education or residential.
• Strong leadership ability to coordinate teams, manage subcontractors and motivate on‑site personnel.
• Demonstrated competence in project planning, sequencing works and managing construction programmes.
