Senior Social Media Account Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, is looking for a Senior Social Media Account Manager to join their growing team in Tunbridge Wells. You will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, shaping and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering queries and advising on social media strategy.
• Develop, implement and optimise content plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X.
• Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and reporting.
• Write B2B social copy that aligns with each client’s brand voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to propose ideas and deliver campaigns within budget.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and provide ongoing account management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B clients.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong client‑facing skills and experience handling budgets.
• Background in an agency environment is preferred, though in‑house experience is also considered.
