Senior Social Media Manager (Remote, UK Hours)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. It is seeking a high-energy, strategic Social Media Manager to take full ownership of its social ecosystem: 12 internal group brands and a growing list of external clients. The role is full-time, remote and based on UK business hours, with the contractor acting as the architect of the digital voice.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end social strategy for every account, including platform mix, cadence and tone of voice.
• Produce, schedule and publish about 25 high-quality posts per week across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and YouTube.
• Turn long-form content and recordings into platform-native assets that drive engagement.
• Monitor and respond to all comments and messages within 24 hours, and manage online communities daily, including welcoming new members and sparking weekly discussions.
• Deliver monthly performance reports for each account, with data-backed commentary on reach, engagement and growth, and continuously audit performance to adjust strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning social media strategy, not just executing a pre-defined plan.
• Strong track record of managing multiple accounts at once, ideally in an agency environment.
• Experience in an agency setting managing diverse external client accounts.
• Comfortable working UK business hours and meeting strict weekly scheduling deadlines.
• Client-facing confidence to present strategies and reports as the team grows.

Required skills

• Exceptional written English, able to write compelling copy and engage in sophisticated community management.
• Hands-on community management experience.
• Highly process-driven and reliable, able to deliver consistent output across many brands.
