Senior Strategy Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to lead CX, CRM, loyalty and data‑enabled marketing transformation. The role will partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, build frameworks and roadmaps, and ensure recommendations are operationalised across channels, data platforms and technology ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define business objectives, growth priorities and measurable KPIs.
• Develop strategic pillars and frameworks that link customer ambition to commercial outcomes.
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering to systemise use cases and prioritise initiatives.
• Translate high‑level ambitions into phased roadmaps, tactical initiatives and sub‑KPIs.
• Design future‑state blueprints covering customer journeys, data, technology and operating models.
• Define how CDP, CRM, AI, analytics and marketing orchestration support strategic goals and ensure feasibility with delivery teams.
• Establish performance frameworks to connect initiatives to business impact and continuously refine strategy based on results.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, CX, CRM, loyalty or martech transformation, preferably in consulting, agency or strategic client teams.
• Proven track record of shaping and presenting strategic frameworks, roadmaps and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of data‑enabled decisioning, analytics and customer platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM strategy and customer lifecycle, loyalty programmes a plus.
• Ability to translate insight into actionable recommendations and lead complex transformation programmes.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional and technical stakeholders.
