About the role

Join a global leader in healthcare and medical devices as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across sales support, mid‑level sales, and specialty functions, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for 20‑30 requisitions simultaneously, from requirement definition to offer negotiation.
• Design and execute cost‑effective sourcing strategies using social media, referral programs, DEI pipelines, and virtual job fairs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for first‑line managers and HR partners, providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
• Oversee bulk contract conversions and support local partnership initiatives as needed.
• Operate independently in a high‑volume environment to deliver diverse candidate slates and meet time‑to‑fill targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build trust and influence hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong data literacy to report, analyse, and communicate recruitment metrics.
• Resilient problem‑solver who can adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating hiring needs into actionable talent plans with minimal direction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
