Senior Technical Quality Manager

About the Role

As a Technical Quality Manager with high client visibility, you will act as the strategic bridge between our internal operations and external customer expectations, ensuring excellence at every stage of the supply chain.

Main Missions

• Serve as the primary technical and quality point of contact for clients and major retailers.
• Lead and support BRCGS audits and specific customer audits to ensure continuous compliance.
• Collaborate directly with client quality control teams to guarantee product alignment with standards.
• Oversee internal quality control processes and rigorous testing programs.
• Drive non-conformity investigations, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Maintain, manage, and continuously develop the Quality Management System (QMS).

Profile Required

• Proven experience in technical quality management within the food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Strong expertise in managing high-profile client relationships and external stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex investigations and drive process improvements.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, growing industrial environment.

Required Skills

• Mastery of BRCGS standards and Retailer-specific requirements.
• Expert knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety protocols.
• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and CAPA methodologies.
• Strong technical auditing and compliance management skills.
