Senior Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Provide comprehensive technical and applications advice to HydraForce customers and internal departments, ensuring effective information flow and meeting customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical and applications advice to HydraForce customers and internal departments.
• Project‑manage development of new products and own application projects from inception to end‑of‑life.
• Review, advise and process system design requests for new applications and product development.
• Generate full cost analysis breakdowns for accurate sales quotations.
• Support regional sales managers in customer‑facing activities and produce technical proposals.
• Deliver field support, installation and hands‑on troubleshooting of hydraulic integrated circuits and control systems.
• Participate in high‑level technical discussions at customer sites and integrate electro‑hydraulic control systems to OEM specifications.
• Provide training, mentorship and support for internal and external customers, including warranty returns and overseas exhibitions.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with off‑highway, construction, agricultural or industrial hydraulic systems.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment and managing application projects.
• Familiarity with PPAP processes and lean manufacturing techniques.

Required skills

• Hydraulic systems and integrated circuit knowledge.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) procedures.
• Lean manufacturing techniques.
